The founder was inspired to start a beauty bar and supply store out of her love for beauty products, hair and fashion. She partnered with one of her sisters who immediately caught the vision and the L.I.P.S. Beauty Brand was born!
The founder wanted to create a space where women could go and feel good about their purchase. Therefore, the store presents an atmosphere between department store beauty counters and a chic boutique.
L.I.P.S. Beauty Bar and Supplies prides itself in seeking out and carrying brands designed and developed by women not only nationally but locally. L.I.P.S. was named after the founder’s networking group of small women business owners and is an acronym for Ladies Impacting Professional Systems.

L.I.P.S. seeks out local product designers who may not yet have the opportunity for major distribution to offer them an opportunity to have a shelf life in a store next door.

like in the old days when small businesses helped one another.
